Shelter, Tranquillity, Darkness and Mercy

1. 'Tis from our rapture that the clouds from the realms above are raining down.
2. My shield and my shelter in my time of woe…the remover of the pains of my sorrows…make whole the sick and quench the burning thirst.
3. In thy soul, of love build thou a fire and burn all thoughts and words entire.
4. Create in me a pure heart, O my God, and renew a tranquil conscience within me.
5. Darkness hath fallen on every land and the forces of mischief have encompassed  all the nations. Through them however, I percieve the splendors of Thy wisdom.
6. O My Servant! Free thyself from the fetters of this world and loose thy soul from the prison of self. Seize thy chance, for it will come to thee no more.
7. Every existence, whether seen or unseen, O my Lord, testifieth that Thy mercy hath encompassed all created things.
