How to Be

1. Whoso reciteth this prayer with lowliness and fervor...
2. O ye roses in the garden of God's love!

   Ye are the waves of the deep sea of knowledge, ye are the massed armies on the plains of certitude...

3. Behold Thy handmaiden, O my Lord, who hath forgotten all else except Thee, and who hath delighted herself with Thy love...

4. Be fair to yourselves and to others, that the evidences of justice may be revealed, through your deeds, among Our faithful servants...

5. Withhold not from flowing that living water of Thine that murmureth with the melody of Thy glory and Thy remembrance, and deprive not Thy servants from the fragrance of Thy sweet savors breathing forth the perfume of Thy love...

6. Be kind to all peoples and nations...

7. May you all be united, may you all be agreed may you serve the solidarity of mankind...

8. Lord pitiful are we, grant us thy favor...

9. We seek no refuge save only this strong pillar, turn nowhere for a haven but unto Thy safekeeping...

10. Make firm our steps, O Lord, in Thy path...
